TEEN CAMP: Creative Writing Intensive (Ages 14–17)

Each day of this constructive camp is committed to giving you the skills necessary to improve your writing style. We’ll begin with a daily writing exercise to warm up both pen and mind. Next, we’ll transition into a daily seminar (forget about stuffy English classes!) to examine works of well-loved writers whose work we’ll mine for “how-to” data. Each afternoon, we’ll workshop student writing, strengthening our work through constructive criticism and revision. By the end of the course, you’ll have a polished portfolio of writing for any application.
