TED CINEMA EXPERIENCE: Opening Night

Once a year, the world’s most powerful ideas are shared on the TED stage in Vancouver, BC. Watch in a special experience for cinemas, captured live.

"This April and May, we’re streaming our flagship Vancouver conference in cinemas worldwide over three nights. You can learn more about the events and view participating locations at www.tedcinema.com, as well as view the current speaker lineup.

We want our talks to spark ideas, dialogue, and ultimately change – and that all starts with who’s watching. Our goal is to make the cinema an extension of the conference itself, with communities like yours gathering to watch the talks together and having discussions afterwards to build upon the ideas featured. As many TED fans know, watching talks as they’re first delivered to the world is different than streaming online -- it’s an intellectual experience unlike many others!
