1st Course

Cold Smoked Scallop Crudo with pickled fennel and citrus salad

Paired with: UMBERTO CAVICCHIOLI E FIGLI - VIGNA DEL CRISTO LAMBRUSCO DI SORBARA DOC 2018 - This sparkling wine has a light red color with violet hues, the perfume of flowers (violets) and red fruits is ample and intense, and the flavor is full and dry with a fruity aroma and an engaging slightly acidulous aftertaste.

2nd Course

Grilled Fresh Sardine with lemon oil, herbs, and farro genovese

Paired with: TENUTA RAPITALÀ - GRILLO SICILIA D.O.C. 2018 - The Grillo is golden yellow/green with a nose of herb, floral notes and citrus. Light and crisp on the palate with a clean refreshing finish.

3rd Course

Braciole in the Porchetta style: Sausage stuffed pork tenderloin wrapped in smoked pancetta and finished with wine reduction.

Paired with: MARCHESI DI BAROLO - RUVEI BARBERA D’ALBA DOC 2017 - The aroma is fresh and intense with clean scents of wild berries and spices. Clear but perfectly blended the wooden note. The flavor is warm and robust, pleasant, good body and harmonic.

4th Course

Hoodly Creek Farms Lamb meatballs with red wine tomato concase

Paired with: SANTI - “SOLANE” VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO CLASSICO SUPERIORE DOC 2016 - A beautiful and intense ruby ​color; the typical, clean and complex scent has intense hints of fresh red fruit and maraschino jam, wrapped in hints of vanilla. The taste is warm and frank, balanced, with an elegant spicy and toasted bottom.

5th Course

Blueberry Granita

Paired with: PELLEGRINO - LEMONCELLO - Fresh lemon peels are infused in stainless steel tanks with natural spirits, then blended with sugar and distilled water. Pellegrino Lemoncello is particularly elegant, capturing the intense and delicate flavor of Sicilian lemons.
