TASTE AMERICA: LOS ANGELES GALA DINNER

On April 1-2, Los Angeles will welcome the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America® presented by Capital One® for a weekend of delicious food and thought-provoking conversation surrounding the nonprofit’s mission of cultivating a better food world for all.
Taste America will continue into Thursday, April 2, with a benefit dinner at the Rooftop at The Fields LA. Featuring a menu crafted by Taste America Visiting All-Star Anita Lo, along with a Local All-Star, a Host Chef, and an esteemed lineup of local culinary talent to be announced, the dinner will celebrate the diverse flavors, cuisines, and backgrounds that contribute to American cooking.
