El Tapeo Modern Spanish Kitchen Hosts Intimate Mother’s Day Brunch

Known for its Spanish-inspired menu with a selection of simple, ingredient-driven dishes, El Tapeo Modern Spanish Kitchen will offer a special Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. From delicious menu offerings and specialty brunch cocktails, to unique activities and colorful menus for children to enjoy, El Tapeo’s Mother’s Day Brunch is the perfect option for families. Located on the 9th floor of Le Méridien Chicago – Oakbrook Center, 2100 Spring Road, El Tapeo Modern Spanish Kitchen provides guests an energetic atmosphere with communal tables and a lively bar, all surrounded by spectacular views from its floor-to-ceiling, wrap around windows.

The Mother’s Day Brunch includes a Chef’s market table along with your choice of entrée and dessert. Executive Chef Matthew Cappellini will create delectable Mother’s Day entrée dishes including Carne y Huevos, made with a grilled 6oz wagyu carne asada, mojo verde, two eggs any style, herb roasted potatoes and Tortilla de Cangrejo, served with jumbo lump crab omelet, tomatoes, onions, peppers, corn avocado relish, and herb roasted potatoes. In addition to this, event attendees will be treated to a complimentary glass of signature sangria and live music. Children will enjoy a special Children’s Menu and unique activities for the special celebration. (Reservation required for families with children).

This brunch event is $45 for adults (plus tax and gratuity), $23 for children 6-12 and children 5 and under eat free. Regular hours for the restaurant are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
