Tamale Making Class

Welcome to our tamale class! Spaces fill quickly, so grab a spot and bring a friend, it's a super fun-filled experience. Our tamale class is an in-depth experience (party) that starts with a tamale feast (your choice of chicken or pork) that includes scratch made salsa & toppings. Join a festive hands-on workshop celebrating fine Mexican cuisine. A perfect "date" or excuse to hang-out with your best friends/co-workers! Go home with recipes & your own batch of tamales ready to steam.

No experience is necessary to learn the art of tamale making. You can add whatever fillings you want at home after mastering making the masa and how to roll tamales and prepare them for you next fiesta or occasion!

Molly Alvarado has been studying Mexican cuisine for 25 years and her rustic approach to ranch-style traditional foods is highly respected and easy to learn. She uses locally sourced, high-quality foods to highlight her recipes. Not only is she a world-traveled chef, she shares a unique approach to food by sharing the history and origin through her fantastic story-telling.
