If you have any questions, please reach out to Lori Monarca at: lori@uspainfoundation.org.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, there is no need to print your ticket. We just ask you to register for our records, and to assist us with planning lunch.
When should I arrive and where can I park?
The day begins at 9:30am with registration. We suggest you arrive early so you have a chance to meet our amazing vendors, as the first talk starts promptly at 10am. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces, and parking is free.
What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything on the day of the event?
Dress comfortably for your health needs. We always suggest dressing in layers, as we cannot control the temperature. Additionally, we want you to be as comfortable as possible! If you need pillows, blankets or other items to make you feel better, bring it along! We all understand.
Will food be provided? can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Lunch is provided. We will have a vegetarian as well as a gluten free option. For those with strict dietary needs, please come prepared with foods you know you can eat. Also, please bring any snacks you may need for the day.
