What is taijiquan? Looking at tai chi in the framework of science, author and teacher C.P. Ong’s presentation answers this question. The presentation is open to all Taijiquan enthusiasts or martial artists, from beginner to experienced. Several premium teas and rooibos (caffeine free) will be available for sampling as part of the workshop. Payment is donation-based, and the proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association, one of the charities Jing Ying Institute supports each year.
