Total Tai-Chi/Qi-Gong is a low impact exercise with emphasis on balance and coordination. It involves warm-ups, breathing exercises and Tai-Chi short form to help reduce stress. This class focuses on overall health and self confidence. Please wear comfortable clothing. *Prerequisite Total Tai-Chi Qi-Gong Beginners.
