T'ai Chi for Arthritis is a specifically designed and medically safe program for people with arthritis. Research has shown that T'ai Chi for Arthritis has been effective at reducing pain, improving quality of life, and preventing falls. This class will help to increase muscular strength and flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, and improve balance.

Sessions are 7 Tuesdays from 2:45 - 3:45 pm
Space is limited to 12 participants.
Session 1: January 7, 14, 21, 28; February 4, 11, 18
Session 2: February 25; March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; April 7
Session 3: April 14, 21, 28; May 5, 12, 19, 26
Session 4: June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; July 7, 14
Please Note:
We do not offer make-up classes. If you register for a multi-class session and are unable to attend all classes, no make-up classes will be offered.
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for all cancellations. A refund or credit is available if you cancel up to one week before the program begins. No refunds will be given if you do not attend an event without giving prior notice. If you start a multi-session class and decide not to continue, no credit or refund will be given.
