Tablas Creek Wine Dinner

Happy New Year 2020! This will be the first wine dinner of this decade and it certainly should be a fun one! We have put together an amazing menu to pair with some fantastic wines that you will absolutely not want to miss! Make sure to reserve your seats now as they will go fast!

Please note, doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event, please email dishatdoverbay@gmail.com with your requests.

Menu :

1st course:

Baby gem lettuce salad with applewood bacon, avocado, tempura wild mexican prawns and roasted poblano-buttermilk dressing.

2017 Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Blanc

2nd course:

Individual provoleta with roasted red pepper chimichurri, griddled french baguette, roasted garlic, and chive oil.

2018 Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Rose

3rd course:

Citrus, ginger, and 5 spice duck confit rolled in a scallion pancake with hoisin, chili oil, and pickled carrots.

2017 Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Rouge

4th course:

Char grilled hanger steak, gorgonzola cream, arugula truffle salad, cabernet butter, smashed fingerlings.

2017 Tablas Creek Mourvedre

5th course:

Vanilla bean crème brulee with dark chocolate whipped cream and toasted pepitas.
