Tabernacle Ministries & Prayer Institute 2020 Prayer Conference "It's Time to Build!"

“I told them that the hand of my God had been gracious upon me, and also the words that the king had spoken to me.  Then they said, “Let us start building!” So they committed themselves to the common good.” (Nehemiah 2:18) 

God is doing amazing things as we move into the new decade of 2020! Many are calling this move into 2020 the year of the double, double and you fill in the blanks! God is a strategic God and everything that he does and calls forth is in the opportune time to fulfill the specific thing in which he purposed. As we see in scripture, Jesus came in the fullness of time. “But when the fullness of time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law” (Galatians 4:4) I believe God is calling us to the forefront to join forces (collaborate) aid in the work of rebuilding the broken structures. Each ministry represented has a rebuilding message that God wants to release through you to impart to his people and aid in the rebuilding.  

All throughout the bible we see times where the people of God are thriving and walking in harmony with God. We also see times of rebellion and disobedience which led them away from God and into captivity and punishment where the temple would yet again be in need of rebuilding. God always preserves and appoints men and women to lead the way in the rebuilding. He used both Nehemiah and Ezra as well as other’s in the Old Testament to lead and to rebuild and restore the temple. The Apostle Paul in the New Testament often visited churches and wrote letters to the church to help the people to return to God and to remove false teaching and idolatry from their midst.  

As we enter into a new decade and era, 2020, the year the double, double, God is saying yet again “It’s Time to Build”! God said not all is broken, he gave me an image of structures that were broken and in need of rebuilding. The rebuilding starts with every believer individually and the Body of Christ collectively. God is asking the question to all of us; where do you need to start building/rebuilding? This is the message of the Lord and our assignment for this conference.
