Costumes & Cosplay are highly encouraged and will win you some great prizes in our contests. You don’t have to drink alcohol* and you don’t have to get dressed up, but you don’t want to miss the fun.

*every venue will also have specialty themed non-alcoholic drinks available.

NOTE: If you can't make it before, please have a friend check you in. We just need your ticket.

VENUE LIST:

● POP ROC grab your sweet swag, themed Geeki Tiki, LED Super Pin and your first drink.

● Then head directly over to Axes and Ales for the Game of Thrones/Barbarian theme with mead (or anything else they have) and set up your time for free axe throwing demo.

From there head out into the “Super City” and get themed experiences and menus from;

● Brass Bar & Lounge: Harry Potter Magic (unless you prefer to be a Muggle)

● Locals Only: Metropolis/Daily Planet theme.

● The Riot Room: Carnivals & Clowns

● Skylark Lounge: Villains

● It all ends at Filgers East End for trivia, costume contests and themed karaoke. Sing your heart out to your favorite Disney, 80’s music, or song from Guardians of the Galaxy.

Q: HOW DOES A BAR CRAWL WORK?

A: Super City SBC is not your ordinary bar crawl! We excel in proficiency, experience and fun. Just show up with your tickets, get your gear and party LIVE! You will know you’ve arrived at the right place when you see our onsite team at the entrance of each venue. On top of the Kickoff Event and a HUGE After party, we ensure that venues are fully prepared by staffing properly and having entertainment (i.e. themes, music & performers etc..) provided. We partner with the top bars in the area.

Q: WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

A: Participants are encouraged to wear costumes and cosplay as your favorite characters. We do have multiple prizes and contests to recognize those who go above and beyond! Or “to infinity and beyond”.

Q: DO I NEED A TICKET TO PARTICIPATE?

A: Yes. Tickets are required for participation. Tickets include not only up to 50% off on themed drink specials, up to 50% off on food, but also costs to run and operate the event (i.e. venue, entertainment, permits, security, insurance, staffing, etc..) It also provides swag (Geeki Tiki, LED Super Pins, Etc..) & much much more.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "EARLY BIRD TIER 1" vs “TIER 2 & 3" TIX?

A: All tickets are the same benefits. EX: Early Bird Tier 1 are sold first until they sell out and include a Geeki Tiki. After which the next Tier (Tier 2) tickets sells until they are sold out. It is a first come first serve basis where those who commit early get a better deal. purchase sooner than later! Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Q: CAN A FRIEND CHECK ME IN?

A: Yes. Please have a friend check you in if you can't make the last check-in time. They will have to meet you outside the venue to put on your wristband for entry. We just need your ticket.

Q: HOW DO I ENTER THE COSTUME CONTEST?

A: During the event we will give random prizes to participants who have outstanding costumes/cosplay. The Grand prize will be as follows: Take pics of you & your friends outfits and post those pics on our FB event page and/or tag us on IG #supercitycosplay. The day after the event we will post a reminder for everyone to enter. We will then pick the top 5-10 single, duo & group costumes and start the contest on our FB page for everyone to vote on by liking their favorite outfit(pic). The pic with the most likes by the date stated in the contest will win the Grand Prize!

Q: DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OUT?

A: Please stay green! We can scan your ticket on your phone.

Q: DOES EVERYONE RECEIVE A GEEKI TIKI?

A: No! The first 150 early bird ticket holders that check in during the kick-off party (First venue) will receive the TIKI. It's one each.

Q: DOES THE NAME ON THE TICKET MATTER?

A: YES! The name on the ticket has to match the ID for entry. During your ticket purchase make sure to enter the correct required info (Name, email, phone # etc) of each individual in case we need to locate their ticket.

Q: ARE THERE REFUNDS?

A: NO! This is a rain, snow, or shine event. No Refunds!

Q: CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL?

A: NO! Tickets are non-transferable. The name on the ticket has to match the ID for entry.

Q: DO YOU HAVE TO BE 21 YEARS OLD TO PARTY?

A: YES! This is a 21+ event.
