SUNY's Got Your Back at Adirondack

Please join us on Tuesday October 15, 2019 from 10:30AM - 1:30PM in the Student Center as we host SUNY's Got Your Back at SUNY Adirondack. For this important endeavor, SUNY Adirondack will be assembling comfort kits consisting of various personal care items and handwritten messages of support to be distributed to victims and survivors of violence across New York State.

Sponsors include the AAUW Club (American Association of University Women), Student Senate - SUNY Adirondack, and the Faculty Student Association of SUNY Adirondack.

Participants also will have the opportunity to share their experience and be featured on the SUNY's Got Your Back Social Media Wall using #SUNYsGotYourBack or by tagging the SUNY's Got Your Back Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram Account.

SUNY’s Got Your Back provides the opportunity for students, faculty, staff, and community members from across the state to create comfort kits for victims and survivors of violence, and to learn methods of better preventingand responding to violence, as together we work to build a New York where these bags are no longer needed.
