This is a Yoga class for people of all levels. Not too hard, not too easy.
We start with some Chi Gong breathing, then we move to some basic Yoga poses, and we finish up with stretching, breathing, and cooling down. We ve changed the location to Alhambra Park. We ll be near the Veteran s Memorial. Bring a mat, water, and a towel. Yoga blocks are optional.
Wed Class is now 5-6pm. Mon stays at 6pm.
