Please RSVP responsibly as I end up lugging way too many hoops. *Hoop fitness classes increase core strength, balance, coordination and overall flexibility through exercise and dance using adult size hula hoops. Even if you haven t ever used a hula hoop or if you have not hooped in many years, you CAN be successful. My class is focused on fun and fitness in a non-stressful environment! Wear cotton if possible vs synthetics as the hoop has some grip tape that is best with bare skin or cotton. Hoops are handcrafted for adults (hoops at Walmart are for children). Hoops are provided for class & I have a few for sale after class if you re inspired and want to practice at home! Equipment sanitized before & after each class.
