Come a little early if you want some meditation suggestions. Otherwise, I ll guide the first 5 minutes and then we ll sit quietly for up to 45 minutes. Stay as long as you wish. Practice whatever style of mindfulness you like. Bring a chair or something to sit on so your body can be relatively quiet and support your mind to be relatively quiet. Stay home if you re not well & sit at least 6 feet from others. I m super excited to be quiet with everyone. The benefits of an intentional mindfulness group cannot be overstated!
