Sundaze Soul Service

Sundaze Soul Service has started as my way to give back to those seeking and searching for connection to others but also as a way to connect to something bigger than ourselves.

I’ve been teaching yoga asana for several years and now have the space to offer service in the form of classes and workshops where I can offer more To the community.  

mudras, mantras, meditation, kriyas and kirtan (chanting the holy names). All are welcome & it is for all levels  We have  a sweet little group so far and it’s very welcoming :)

No need to reserve a ticket - just come  Class is every week starting Sunday at 10am

My hope is to transport beyond our material nature and constraints, delver with in and dissolve our suffering.

 Please come with flexible schedule as class may run beyond an houR and its important to dress with layers

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. I can provide all othe props
