When you feel like you just need to unplug and connect to your own body, Yoga Flow is where it can happen. You'll feel relaxed and energized while you nourish your muscles with opening postures, stretches, and focused breathing.
Start with the basics of ebb and flow, and you've got the gist of this yoga workout. Flow is about releasing tension in the body by gently pushing and pulling, yinning and yanging, while holding, hanging, and harmonizing your movements. For anyone who is new to yoga or wants a class that moves.
Beginners to advanced athletes welcome.
