The next iteration of the classic South Minneapolis tradition! Sunday Suppers @ Cafe Levain returns in January with a few more classic french dishes...
The support thus far has been amazing! We cannot wait to invite you all back in for another lovely evening of good food, wine, and family.
Going along the same traditional setup as years prior - we will be serving you all a 3 course dinner with or without wine pairings. We start each evening off with a small bite from the kitchen with one seating with a 6:30 pm start time. Doors open at 6:00 pm.
The menu for the evening - as all Cafe Levain menus, is subject to change based on what is available with our farmers - rest assured, it should be a delight!
A bite to start from the kitchen...
lyonnaise salad
poached egg, crispy lardons, frisee, charred onion, dijon – shallot vinaigrette, brioche
traditional bouillabaisse
swordfish, dayboat scallops, mussels, shrimp, tomato – saffron broth, fennel, potato, mirepoix, saffron aioli, crostini
or
winter vegetable stew
fennel, crispy mushroom, eggplant, potato, mirepoix, chickpeas, tomato – saffron broth, saffron aioli, crostini
profiteroles
crème pâtissière, chocolate ganache, dulce de leche, toasted walnut
The ticket selections below are for entree selection and whether or not you want wine pairings with dinner. After that, you are all set for the event!
Ticket prices are all inclusive, anything beyond the ticket price is sincerely appreciated and meaningful for all of us putting these events on for you all. For ease of service and for our service staff - seating will be assigned as we check you in - we can certainly accomodate reserved blocks of seats for parties of 6 or more or if you plan on sitting with a seperate ticket holder - please reach out to Adam to do so ahead of time after your tickets have been purchased. :)
