Join us every Sunday morning for Push Hands, Chi Sao, Qigong, stretching, forms, light sparring, and a variety of other martial arts training skills. This group is not intended for beginners in martial arts or those with no experience. We treat the setting that we train at as a laboratory to work out things, either individually or with a partner, that we ve already learned. Due to Covid-19 many of us are training individually. There is no teaching or "led" exercises or routines, and teaching is actively discouraged at our group. If you are interested in learning martial arts, there are many fine martial arts schools in the area.
