Sunday Bender: Beer Flow Yoga featuring DJ Ras Marco D

The Workshop's Sunday Bender is better than ever: now featuring a LIVE DJ.

June 24th's class will be led by Liz Kirkwood of Yen Yoga. Music provided by DJ Ras Marco D, spinning vinyl to provide a soundtrack to your vinyasa flow. 

Registration includes a delicious craft beverage to be enjoyed before, during, or after your class.
