Suncoast Walk For Water

EVERY CHILD DESERVES CLEAN WATER
The Suncoast Walk for Water is a fun, family-friendly event to raise awareness of the global water crisis, and funds to support a clean water and sanitation project in Peru.  Participants can experience a small sense of the journey endured by millions of impoverished people every day to obtain water for drinking, cooking, washing and bathing.  
You will carry a bucket approximately 1/4 mile to a water source, fill it with water, then carry it back to the starting point, symbolizing the walk made by these families in impoverished communities.
A $15 donation is recommended to participate in the walk, children 8 and under walk for free.  Any Rotarian that makes a $50+ donation will receive Paul Harris Fellow credit.
Meet at the north entrance by the playground.  There will be kids activities, music, food and more.  Thank you for your support!
