Sun Salutation Charity Class

Join Yoga @ Cindy’s for our annual 108 Sun Salutation Charity Class at Ortega Park in Sunnyvale. Together we’ll practice classical and fun variations of Sun Salutations. If you love our teachers and classes, this 108 challenge will be an amazing experience to explore yoga outdoors, breathing in the freshest air of the day. Join us, surround yourself with other blissful yogis, teachers, and staff in this beautiful park as we flow and breath in the summery air. Everyone is welcome! No experience or membership required.

In honor of the summer solstice, we will be practicing in unison where all proceeds from this event will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association Longest Day – an event to honor the strength and endurance of those facing Alzheimer’s disease.
