{ SUMMER SOLSTICE } occuring on Thursday June 21st occurs when a planet's rotational axis is most greatly inclined to the star that it orbits. We can harness this powerful moment by embracing this time to celebrate the light of conciousness within ourselves and within each and every person. A time to reflect upon the potential for conciousness to awaken as we step into the Summer Season, letting what doesn't serve us fall away - a shedding of skin per say to let more light in.

6:30 PM Mix & Mingle - enjoy a refreshing infused water or herbal tea and { set you intention } for the Solstice.

7:00 PM Vocal Immersion Soundbath - join Luna Maye for a deeply immersive and meditative sound and vocal experience. You will be bathed in the power of sound, listening to the tones of crystal singing bowls, various highly resonant instruments and sacred vocal melodies. A grounding and healing experience supporting natural healing of the body, mind and spirit. As we welcome in the Summer Season let go, clear out and call in the things that light you up and ground you from the inside out. You will leave feeling lighter and inspired. 

8:00 PM Explore Haven Wellness - seal up the healing sound journey by enjoying light fare & refreshments with your community while exploring all that Haven has to offer for mind, body and spiritual balance.
