Class Description

Behavioral Health workers will likely encounter people talking about suicide and suicidal ideation. This class improves comfort and skill levels with a very difficult and emotional topic by presenting and practicing assessment protocols and conversation dynamics. The class also presents information about risk for suicide with the most common mental health disorders.
