Do you want to move to the rhythm? Strive 2 Fitness slide class is sure to get you up and moving to the beat. If you don’t already know how to slide, we’re here to teach you the basic forms of it. We will be sliding to (CHA- CHA Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Bikers Shuffle, etc.) If you already know how to slide, then come on out and spice up some moves. This class is fun and energetic!! Come join Strive 2 Fitness for a GREAT workout!!

The Description:
A DANCE & FITNESS SLIDE that Inspires! This new fitness slide works the full mind and body while encouraging the soul! Students will gain strength, flexibility and agility through the influences of others. This Old and New style is guaranteed to meet all your fitness needs, through the love of dance! Members will get to interact and share their practice with one another. In addition, we also have dance artists offering dance classes to the members. Members of this group will get an update from guest and regular trainers informing about upcoming classes and workshops. Most of these classes are open to general public with donations accepted.

We are meeting up at Central Studio EVERY SATURDAY @ 11:15am-12:15 pm.
