Join us for a stretching class led by NYRR coaching staff. You'll learn stretching techniques and come away with a better understanding of the importance of stretching pre- and post-race.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided at the NYRR RUNCENTER.
