Stretch and Shop

Join us for a fun evening of Yoga and Wine. Steel Pony has opened our doors to create events for the community and we are happy to present our first event with Sofi Milani. We are excited to introduce her to our community and I hope you will join us. It is $10.00 for the session. We have limited space so you must Sign up  Tickets are not refundable.. In addition, we would appreciate it if you are not going to make it please let us know so we can let someone in off the wait list. Sofi is highly regarded and I know we will have an extensive list.

This is a BYOM (Bring your own Mat) event but we will have a few mats for purchase as well.

Although new to Philadelphia ( 2 years here) Sofi is not new to yoga, practicing for 21 years
and teaching for 14. Sofi’s yoga is alignment based, giving attention to safety and good solid
structure to ensure enjoyment of asana, becoming more fluid physically and mentally. The
exploration of the partnership between breath and body is also part and parcel of her
instruction. Sofi teaches beginners up to level 3 students both in public classes and privately.
She has always found movement to be beneficial to her overall health and welcomes anyone
who desires to join her in her journey with yoga.

In addition to her passion for yoga, Sofi also likes clothing, shopping, especially at Steel Pony.
Here is an opportunity to do both on May 8th form——-. We will practice some yoga and then
shop and have light liquid refreshment. Hope to see you there.
