Stretch & Meditate (All 4 Sessions)
Here's what we'll do:
sessions are 90 min. each
stretching actively + in a restorative way for about 65 minutes
meditation for about 15 minutes, savasana for 10
deep, steady somatic-- working with the breath all the way through
Stretching inspired by yoga & Feldenkrais. Meditation, accessible and body-based.
Zero sun salutes or sweating involved.
Everyone welcome, lots of support & modifications as appropriate.
