This workshop will focus on stress management for teen girls. Teens will gain knowledge and skills on how to cope with everyday stress.

This workshop will focus on stress management for teen girls. Teens will gain knowledge and skills on how to cope with the pressures and stress of everyday life. Teens will also participate in an experiential art project that they may take home along with an informational folder on the topic.

Pizza and refreshments are included!
