This is an online course.

The goal of using the Clifton Strengths tool is to give you awareness of your own hidden talents. Seeing what you do inherently well as a strength, allows you to leverage your own unique style in a way that increases engagement and satisfaction of your daily life.

In this introductory workshop, we explore: 1) How to understand your unique behaviors and reactions and their impact on you and others, 2) How to increase appreciation of your strengths and those around you and 3) How to apply your strengths in an intentional way.

Prerequisite: Take the Clifton Strengths assessment at gallup.com. If you have already taken the assessment, do not retake the test.
