St.Paul Ramsey County Birth Equity Community Council (BECC) Meeting

We invite you to join us for the December 2018 Birth Equity Community Council (BECC) meeting!

At our last meeting in October, we discussed our successes and challenges thus far, and provided updates on both the Safe Sleep Messaging campaign and the Doula Dads work. We also set aside some time to view existing Safe Sleep PSAs and created lists of missing data and aspects that we would like to include in our PSAs. Thank you to everyone who attended and participated by talking about what we as a collective have been doing well, need to do more of, and what we envision for the safe sleep PSAs.  . 

The December meeting will be an exciting one as we continue our work on Safe Sleep PSAs and start to build a foundation for the second largest identified gap for opportunity- maternal health.
