Mark your calendars! We'll play the picturesque and challenging Stonebrooke Golf Club on Saturday, June 23rd this season. This seems to be a perennial favorite for the group. The club did raise it's rates $10 this season, so it's regularly $75.50 plus tax for 18 holes with a cart on the weekend. Our discounted group rate will be $57.50 plus tax. The club does require pre-payment in full via the link below. So, just because you've signed up as a "yes" here on Meetup doesn't mean you're confirmed to play until you pay through the link.

All players must be paid 48 hours prior to the start of tee times. If not all players in the group have not paid, tee times will be reduced to reflect the actual number of PAID players. We've got 10 tee times for up to 40 golfers. If we don't reach that limit with pre-paid golfers, I'll release remaining tee times at noon on Thursday, June 21. Anyone who decides to cancel after noon on Thursday won't be issued a refund.

After golf, we'll congregate on Stonebrooke's lovely patio to eat, drink and discuss our round.

Stonebrooke Golf Club does NOT allow any outside alcoholic beverages on the premises and will not tolerate any violations of this policy. All food must be purchased from Stonebrooke Golf Club.

Stonebrooke Golf Club requires that all golfers have their own clubs. Club rentals are available at an additional charge and should be reserved in advance.

Stonebrooke Golf Club enforces the following “Keep Pace” policy and monitors course play regularly. In conjunction with this policy, “five-somes” and “walk-alongs” are not permitted.

The appropriate time to play each 9 holes is 2 hours or less. Stonebrooke Golf Club has cart path rules that coincide with current weather conditions. Your group will be expected to adhere to the rule applicable to the course on the day of your event. Course management reserves the right to revoke golf cart privileges of any/all violators.

In the event of bad weather, Stonebrooke Golf Club will issue Rain Checks according to the following guidelines:

Stonebrooke issues rain check credits on a pro-rated basis to reflect the number of holes unplayed. For example, the rate you paid including golf cart and tax will be divided by 18 giving you a per hole dollar amount. You will be issued a credit for any unplayed holes, valid towards your next round of golf at Stonebrooke Golf Club. No Refunds will be given once you have begun play.
