My name is Andrew McDonald and I have taught 3rd grade at Willow Brook Elementary School for 10 years. I have been the STEM coach at my school for the last 3 years. Teaching children through real world tasks has been a passion of mine for years. I love working Science, Math, creating, and presenting together and I see the benefits when students start making deep connections between subjects. This week is an opportunity for your children to learn about STEM through 5 themed days. Hands on projects, games, and group tasks expose students to different aspects of STEM and how these skills are connected with real world jobs. Young STEM Camp- 6-12 Year Olds: $55 each. 2:00-3:30pm.
