Startup Social is a community based platform for entrepreneurs in the Washington, DC metro area who are seeking to learn how to thrive in a startup ecosystem by learning from the experiences of successful founders, make meaningful connections, collaborate, share ideas, challenges and successes.

Join us Wednesday, February 26 from 6-9pm for the ultimate insights from four or more successful startup Founders on how to best "Amplify Your Brand” using digital marketing tactics to engage your audience, get more eyes on your brand, and grow your presence. The agenda includes an expertly moderated panel discussion, Q&A, startup pitch contest and networking.

• Molly Ruland, Principal of Heartcast Media, is an innovative problem-solver with an instinct for fostering creativity with storytellers and makers to grow and share their voice. Heartcast Media was created when Molly recognized the need to support entrepreneurs in their content goals and passion to help them "amplify their voices" globally. Molly’s idea worth sharing is that "Listening is the Revolution”. She is a native of the Washington, D.C. region and lifelong optimist.
• Reggie Holmes, Principal and Creative Director of Enthuse Creative, a strategic brand consulting and design business based in Tysons, VA was founded in 2013 to provide strategic and creative branding services to clients in the DC area and beyond. Today, the company serves dozens of startups, small businesses, nonprofits, associations and schools with a focus on brand strategy, branding design and brand management. A native of Richmond, VA, he obtained a BFA with a specialization in graphic design from the University of Miami. Reggie is engaged in the community through various organizations and also serves as co-chair of the marketing committee with the Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce.
• Kim Cayce, Creator of Luna Startup Labs, a company specializing in the education, training and development of entrepreneurs, executives and organizations. Kim has worked as a business mentor and executive coach for more than 350 companies and has addressed millions more people in talks, seminars and media appearances around the world. Prior to founding Luna Startup Labs in 2016, Kim was the Chief Operating Officer of a multi-million dollar professional development organization. She has worked across industries and verticals, including early stage startups and $1+ billion dollar brands. In addition to her coaching and consulting work, Kim is also an Adjunct Professor at American University SIS, a founding member of the Executive Committee for Citrine Angels, and the creator of Washington Women Entrepreneurs, an organization dedicated to educating and empowering women in the DC area.
• Cory Lawrence, Founder of IRL Agency, a digital marketing agency that uses digital tools and events to create real-life connections. Founded in 2018, the company focuses on providing strategy and creative marketing services for DC-based B2C lifestyle companies. Prior to starting IRL Agency, Cory was a Multi-Platform Creative Content Producer at Discovery. From Shark Week and The Puppy Bowl to Oprah and gold miners, he’s told stories with recognizable names for every major social platform. In 2018 Cory joined the DC Startup Week organizing team as the Marketing & Community Lead helping unite and grow the thriving DC startup ecosystem. .
