About Duncan Autrey:
Duncan is a conflict transformation educator. He works to transform workplace cultures into safe places for workers and customers, which leads to joyful and productive businesses. He works as a consultant, coach, and trainer in the Bay Area. Duncan cares deeply about giving leaders and entrepreneurs the skills they need to bring their dreams to reality. He works with both English & Spanish speakers. He has been a mediator and facilitator for over 15 years and has a M.A. in International Peace & Conflict Studies from the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
