Spring is in the air, and PCC wants to help you prepare for the season! We'll be running a how-to workshop for making floral crowns and and other types of headgear! We'll walk you through how to construct the base, then teach you how to customize your look for all of your Spring Equinox and Easter celebrations, music festivals, or myriad of cosplay. Join our professional cosplay artists as they assist you every step of the way!
