This spring break, we're getting crafty in the kitchen! This new camp celebrates the intersection of cooking and the creative arts: each day, we'll make essential big-batch recipes like granola, bone broth, ricotta cheese and chocolate truffles and package them up to take home to share with family and friends. Every lesson is designed to teach a fundamental cooking skill, but we'll also spend time working on keepsake packaging and other kitchen handicrafts, and since it’s finally spring we’ll finish with a beautiful kitchen garden project. By the end of the week you’ll have new tricks up your sleeve, plus a pantry full of treats.
