Spring Birding for Kids

Join a Duke Farms educator for a kid friendly bird walk around the property. Walks will usually be between one and two miles. Bring your binoculars (or borrow a pair) and meet at the Orientation Center. Open to families with an interest in bird watching with children ages 7-12.

These programs are designed for families with children ages 7-12. At least 1 adult must accompany each child during this program, with no more than two adults accompanying each child. Please note that we cannot accommodate any children who are not currently in first grade. This includes the younger siblings, toddlers or babies in arms, carriers, slings or strollers.

ACCOMPANYING ADULTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO REGISTER.

This program will run rain or shine, so please dress for the weather! Appropriate shoes are required. Please bring a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

Tickets are required to attend. The transfer of tickets is not permitted.
