During this engaging and informative event participants will learn about NEUROFEEDBACK therapy. This is an exciting technique and approach to address brain dysregulation, such ADHD, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, or PTSD. It can be a complement to traditional talk therapy and medication management. The approach is to teach the brain to self-regulate and improve efficiency of brain function. This is accomplished by monitoring live brain activity while individual is observing various contents on a computer monitor.
