Internationally-recognized leaders Stephen and Dawna De Silva are coming to Westlake Village, CA for a rare opportunity to study with them in an intimate, limited-attendance venue.

About Stephen and Dawna De Silva

Stephen De Silva began his career in 1985 as a certified public accountant, where he excelled in auditing, tax preparation, and peer review compliance services. In 1995, Stephen formed his own professional corporation serving non-profit, pastoral, and itinerant ministries and organizations. In the same year, he joined Bethel Church in Redding, CA to serve as chief financial officer and member of their senior leadership team. 

After two decades of learning and growing, Stephen has transitioned to create and teach full-time on the subjects of money and the prosperous soul. With a unique blend of experience, humor, and creativity, Stephen offers the Body of Christ fresh, biblically-based, and Holy Spirit-inspired perspectives on living in purpose and as a prosperous soul.

Dawna De Silva is the founder and co-leader with Teresa Liebscher of the International Bethel Sozo Ministry. She has ministered from Bethel Church in Redding, CA for the past twenty years as well as preaching, speaking, and authoring books. 

Dawna’s manual on Shifting Atmospheres has become a sought after tool for daily empowerment. Whether training Sozo, preaching, shifting atmospheres, or ministering prophetically, Dawna releases people, churches, and cities into new vision and freedom. No matter how traumatic the wounding, Dawna ministers with authority and gentleness, imparting hope and healing.
