Join We Sparkle in celebrating summer time and community!

Bubbly Beverage Boat Ride (11 am - Noon)

Enjoy a bubbly beverage and snacks from We Sparkle as we cruise down the Mississippi River on Minneapolis Water Taxi's solar-powered electric boat steered by Captain Greg Hoseth. Ride downstream to the Upper Lock and see, hear, and feel the energy and power of St. Anthony Falls. Or venture upstream to the Lowry Avenue Bridge to see the amazing Blue Heron Rookery and return downstream for an incredible view of the city from the river! You may bring additional food, snacks, or drinks on the boat with you. Please meet at the Boom Island Park dock by 11 am for departure. We have also reserved Shelter A at Boom Island Park from 9 am - 3 pm if you would like to bring your own picnic and use the space before or after the boat ride.

Proceeds from this event will help seed funding to continue building out We Sparkle's online directory and virtual assistant for small businesses, as well contribute to The Beauty Lounge + The Nail Bar's first crowdfund campaign as they get ready to move into their new space later this year.
