The SPARK Retreat for Women is for those who want to gain energy, inspiration and clarity to create forward action in their lives. Lisa, Theresa, and Toral have integrated their expertise and styles to make this coaching retreat a unique and dynamic experience. Participants will explore possibility, both alone and in community, through pathways such as powerful conversations, guided visualization and reflective journaling. 

The "energy rich and heart-opening" environment of Perennial's beautiful and spacious Earth Room is the perfect refuge to relax, catch your breath, and ignite the spark that is already within you. 

Find yourself gazing out the floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the vast prairie on Saturday, September 22nd from 10:45am to 3:00am at Perennial Yoga and Meditation, 5500 East Cheryl Parkway, Fitchburg, WI 53711. 

During our retreat we will be moving around and sometimes sitting on the stunning hardwood floor. For this reason, please bring a yoga mat or appropriate floor cushion and dress comfortably. Yoga mats and chairs are available upon request.

A "plant to plate" seasonal buffet lunch and afternoon snack, included in the cost of the retreat, will be prepared by Surya Cafe's head chef.  Refreshing botanical infused agua fresca will also be available during the retreat.

Whether you come alone, bring a friend, or bring lots of friends, we will build a strong and supportive community together.

• Floor cushion or mat
