With tensions reaching a level not seen in decades, the recent Military and economic sanctions imposed on Iran have, once again, given rise to an increase in nation-state sponsored malicious cyber activity. On January 6th, 2020, Homeland Security accordingly warned U.S businesses to “consider and assess” the threats and possible impacts that a cyberattack would have upon their organization.
