This is a demonstration style class that will not only expose you to new delicious flavors, but will also introduce you to a variety of different cooking techniques designed to help you better work with seafood. From canned, cured, or prepared seafood snacks to preparing octopus, steamed shellfish, and more, this class will give you everything you need to know to start making Spanish style tapas at home.
