Come make bread with us! This course is an introduction to sourdough bread baking at home. Learn how to maintain a sourdough starter, mix, proof, and bake delicious rustic loaves using locally grown and milled flour.
Enjoy sampling fresh sourdough bread paired with a selection of Rare Bird Preserves, local cheese, wine, and cider.
Students will leave with their own starter and fresh bread. All equipment will be provided for use during the class.
