This workshop is taught by Jeanette Warne the pastry chef , artisanal bread maker and owner of Homeshed Kitchens.
This course is for BEGINNERS 18 years and older, who have no idea of how to bake with sourdough or those who have tried and stumbled.
This course would also make an excellent gift for the aspiring baker in your family circle, whether an older baker or a young new baker.
In class - you will learn about sourdough starter and how to:
- Make a 500g sourdough country boule
- Weigh ingredients
- Mix and fold dough
- Shape and rest dough
Take Aways:
Students will take home their shaped dough in 9-inch woven basket for overnight cold retardation and bake off at home!
In addition to workshop instructions and coaching students will be provided with online access to coursework.
