Soundbath Meditation

Sound bath Meditation allows us to easily go deeper into our meditation practice than ever before.
Using instruments like a gong, steel tongue drum, tuning forks, and the human voice. Certified Soundologist, Chris Savell, will invite the bodies musculature system to soften, open, and listen while ushering the entire body into a meditative state.
By keeping our bodies in a meditative state for an extended period of time we can experience deep emotional and physical healing. Participants often report feeling the tightness in their muscles to melt, or even experience colors passing through their consciousness.
Participants can expect to lay on the floor in a comfortable position for be majority of the class. Bringing your favorite pillow, blanket, and even eye pillow is suggested.
