Come join Griffin Molly with special guest Neaz Kohani for an evening of sound meditation!
Sound meditation is a full body sensory experience that uses sound to help us get into a deeply relaxed meditative state. By using an array of musical instruments and vocals we will guide you down an easy and enjoyable path that will allow you to have a deep and powerful meditative experience.
The sound meditation will be about 1.5 hours and we reccommend participants bring a yoga mat, pillow, or any type of coushining and blankets that they feel will make their experience more comfortable.
Please make sure you arrive early to check in and set up your space before we begin.
